Melrose Precinct, Woden
The Melrose Precinct is a major masterplanned residential development transforming the western edge of Woden Town Centre. Comprising four apartment buildings—The Melrose, The Bowen, The Charlotte and The Hunter—the precinct will deliver close to 700 homes, including public and affordable housing, connected by landscaped gardens and pedestrian spaces.
The buildings are designed to maximise solar access, natural ventilation, outlook and communal amenity while creating active links to Woden’s retail, transport, health and community facilities.
Key Forte Engineering staff have contributed their expertise across The Melrose, The Bowen and The Charlotte. With The Charlotte nearing completion, Forte is now progressing the final stages of structural design for The Hunter, the precinct’s concluding stage.
